"Forgetting Childhood"
Inspired by The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt, this piece explores the experience of being forced to grow up too quickly. By blending overly simplified shapes, realistic imagery, and psychedelic fields, the artwork captures the confusion, identity loss, and emotional turbulence that accompany growing up too soon.

Oz Head - Broken Down
Created as environmental background projections for my university’s production of The Wizard of Oz, this work was designed to enhance the contrast between the stark realism of Kansas and the vibrant, storybook-like world of Oz. The projections aimed to reinforce the show's visual storytelling, immersing the audience in both the bleak familiarity of home and the whimsical wonder of an unknown land.
"The Illusion"
Inspired by Tony Kushner’s adaptation of The Illusion, this piece reflects the play’s central themes of deception, fleeting time, and ultimate revelation. The story follows a father’s desperate search for his estranged son, only to discover that the visions he sees are mere illusions. This artwork visually embodies the disorientation of illusion, the sensation of time slipping away, and the moment of clarity that comes after living in a constructed lie.
